Important Information

To ensure accurate and timely delivery, customers must provide the recipient’s full name, including any apartment, suite, or unit number, along with a valid contact number.
Kairos Gift Baskets and Flowers is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, a 20% handling fee plus additional shipping charges will apply, and our satisfaction guarantee will be voided.
 
 

Product Availability & Substitutions

We are committed to maintaining the quality and presentation of every gift.
If an item in a gift basket or flower arrangement is temporarily unavailable, it will be thoughtfully substituted with a similar item of equal or greater value, preserving the overall design and experience.
Due to seasonal and supplier availability, flower arrangements may vary slightly while maintaining their style, color palette, and value.
 
 

Perishable Products

Certain items, including fresh flowers, fruits, and food products, are perishable.
  • These items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or in poor condition
  • Proper care and handling after delivery or pickup are the responsibility of the customer or recipient
Kairos Gift Baskets and Flowers is not responsible for product deterioration due to:
  • Exposure to heat or cold
  • Delayed handling after delivery or pickup
  • Improper storage conditions
 

Delivery Policy

We currently focus deliveries within Ontario.
  • Burlington: Same-day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 PM
  • Select Cities (18 locations): Free next-day delivery
  • Rest of Ontario: Flat delivery fee of $35, with estimated delivery time of 2–3 business days
Deliveries outside Ontario are available upon request. Customers must contact us directly for an exact quote and delivery timeframe.
 
 

Peak Seasons

During high-demand periods such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Easter, delivery timelines may be extended and are not guaranteed.
We strongly recommend selecting:
  • Xpress Post ($30)
  • Priority Shipping ($45)
to help ensure timely delivery during these periods.
 
 

Delivery Disclaimer & Liability

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery:
  • The order may be left at the door or in a safe location at the driver’s discretion
  • By placing an order, the customer authorizes this action
Once an order has been delivered, Kairos Gift Baskets and Flowers is no longer responsible for:
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Damage due to weather conditions
  • Incorrect handling after delivery
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts full responsibility once the order has been delivered to the provided address.
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, courier issues, or high seasonal demand. All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
 
 

Hospital Deliveries

While we can arrange deliveries to hospitals upon request, we do not recommend hospital deliveries due to the high risk of loss or misplacement.
By requesting delivery to a hospital, the customer acknowledges and accepts that:
  • Kairos Gift Baskets and Flowers is not responsible for lost or misplaced items once delivered
  • Delivery may be completed through reception or a third party
 

Failed Delivery & Address Changes

If a delivery cannot be completed due to recipient unavailability, restricted access, or incorrect information, additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery.
Any address changes requested after the order has been processed may result in delays and additional charges.
 
 

Weekend Deliveries

Our delivery partners do not operate on weekends.
  • Saturday and Sunday deliveries may be unavailable
  • In special cases, weekend delivery may be arranged with an additional $25 fee
 

Return Policy

All products are carefully inspected prior to shipping.
If your order arrives damaged or not intact, you must notify us within 4 days of delivery to initiate a claim.
To qualify for a return:
  • The product must be unused, untampered with, and in its original packaging
  • The return must be sent within 7 days of delivery
  • An authorization number must be obtained by contacting: sales@kairosbaskets.com

Refund Conditions:

  • A 25% restocking fee will apply
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, and a confirmation email will be sent.
 
 

In-Store Purchases (Final Sale)

All products purchased directly in-store and accepted at the time of purchase are final sale and non-refundable.
We encourage customers to carefully review their selections before completing their purchase.
 
 

Cancellation Policy

Orders are processed promptly to ensure timely delivery.
  • Cancellations within 5 hours of placing the order: no fee
  • Cancellations after 5 hours: 15% handling fee
  • Orders already shipped: non-refundable
 

Corporate Orders

Corporate and bulk orders may be subject to different terms, timelines, and pricing structures.
 
 

Security & Privacy

We are committed to protecting your personal information.
All customer data is securely stored and used solely for service purposes. We do not share or sell personal information to third parties.
 
 

Review Policy

We value customer feedback and encourage reviews.
By submitting a review, you confirm that:
  • You are the original author

  • Your content is accurate and appropriate
We reserve the right to remove or not publish content that includes:
  • Offensive or discriminatory language
  • Spam or promotional material
  • References to other businesses
By submitting content, you grant Kairos Gift Baskets and Flowers the right to use, reproduce, and publish it.
