In order to avoid the purchaser extra handling costs please make sure the recipient’s full name, apartment, suite or condominium number is included.  This will help the delivery to be made on time and to the correct individual.  If a basket is returned due to an incorrect address, please note that a 20% handling fee along with additional shipping charges will be charged and our satisfaction guarantee is voided.  For this reason, it is imperative that you double check the recipients address and contact information.

Return Policy

Please note that all Baskets are personally inspected prior to shipping, if for some reason your basket is not received intact please contact us right away and a claim can be made, a refund will be issued once the basket has been returned to us and inspected by our product team.  Please note that such incident MUST be reported within 4 days of receiving the shipment.

All returns will be issued an authorization number, in order to get such authorization you must contact sales@kairosbaskets.com.  Please note that in order to receive a FULL refund of the purchase price only the basket must be in its original packaging without being tempered with and returned to our facility within a week of the date received.  All return shipping costs will be your responsibility and no shipping cost is refunded.  Once the basket has been received the basket will be inspected and depending on the basket condition a refund will be issued.  Please be advised that a 25% re-stocking fee will also be charged, which will be automatically deducted from the return.  The return will be made to the original credit card used to make the purchase.  An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you notifying you that such credit has been given.

Cancellation Policy

Here at Kairos Baskets & Gifts we know how important it is for people to get their baskets on time, for this reason all orders are promptly taken and put into production.  If for some reason you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within 5 hours of placing your order and no cancellation fee will be charged; however, if the cancelation is made after that time a 15% handling fee will be non-refunded.  In cases where the cancelation is made after the gift has left our facility no refund will be made, and the shipping charges will apply.

Substitution Policy  

In order to ensure that your gift is received when requested and avoid any unpleasant delays on our behalf Kairos Baskets & Gifts reserves the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value without compromising the design and message you intended to send.
